    Acceptance of Terms

    By booking a rental with Champions Exotics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the rental agreement signed at vehicle handover. The rental agreement controls in case of conflict with anything on this page.

    Rental Requirements

    • Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Some exotic vehicles require age 30+.
    • Valid driver's license issued at least three years prior to the rental.
    • Full-coverage insurance verified before pickup.
    • A major credit card in the renter's name for security deposit.
    • Verification selfie holding the driver's license.

    Security Deposits

    Security deposits range from $2,500 to $10,000 depending on the vehicle. The deposit is authorized on your credit card at pickup and released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

    Mileage

    Each vehicle ships with a daily mileage allowance, typically 150–250 miles per day. Additional miles may be purchased at booking. Overage fees apply at the rate disclosed in the rental agreement.

    Insurance

    You may use your existing full-coverage policy if it covers exotic and luxury vehicles at the required limits, or you may purchase a Champions Exotics insurance tier. Either way, comprehensive verification is performed before pickup.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 72+ hours before pickup receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations 24–72 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

    Tolls, Tickets, and Damage

    The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking violations, traffic citations, and any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Toll charges are billed to the renter at the daily rate disclosed in the rental agreement.

    Geographic Restrictions

    Vehicles may not be driven outside the state of Florida without prior written approval. Track use, racing, off-road, commercial use, and ride-share/Uber/Lyft service are prohibited.
